Weigh-ins and Nutrition Class on March 19

Hey Everyone!

We need to cancel weigh-ins and the nutrition class tomorrow, March 19th.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.  I hope you all have a great week and we will see you all next week for our last chance workouts and finale events!

  1. I love the idea of helping everyone get healthy - we live in an obese nation.
    I loved your opening, with an actual television contestant of the "Biggest Loser" - great way to help get everyone motivated.
    I loved that you held a "Fun Run", but maybe you should hold a few fun runs throughout the competition- a 3k, 5K, maybe 10K?
    I wish you would have had more sponsors, like Campus Rec., USU Bookstore, Macey's, etc.
    You had a lot of prizes given out at the opening, but for the finale, just a few itunes cards??? I think more prizes at the end would have been better - more earned prizes!
    I loved that you included the kids! Kids need to learn early on to be healthy!
    I wish there would have been more activities-races, competitions, food challenges.
    I also wish the blog would have been kept up. I think myself, and others, would have been more competitive had we known how much others were losing and how much we needed to lose to beat them.
    Also, I loved the wristbands, "Teams" if you will. I wish more would have been done that way - more competitions, as "teams".
